Coach Mike knows how important a healthy lifestyle is for his athletes. This is why he has joined Susan on her journey to educate the community on the importance of knowing the foods and nutrition we consume.

I am passionate about people finding a deeper understanding for their choices with Food and Nutrition.  Whether someone has a past of restrictive eating, overeating or a medical challenge with nutrition, we can find solutions to best suit your unique lifestyle.  

Anything that is learned can be altered, transformed and moved in the direction that supports life, growth and happiness.

I look forward to helping you create a healthy, connected relationship with food and nutrition.

JOIN CAMBIUM NUTRITION FOR A 2-PART NUTRITION MINI SERIES DESIGNED FOR RUNNERS AND ATHLETES

This Mini Series is designed to Empower You! Whether you’re just getting started as an athlete or runner, getting back into the groove after a break or you’re an expert!  There will be something for everyone!

Week 1 

We’ll cover:

Fueling your body for better energy and athletics                                                                                                    

Baseline nutrition vs nutrition for fitness and movement                                                                                            

The Power of Macronutrients—real talk about food for athletes                                                                              

Diet culture trends, how bodies respond to fitness                                                                                                

Q/A — Let’s get your questions answered!

Week 2 

We’ll cover:

​

Your appetite — how to plan for and respond to your body’s fitness and nutrition needs                                                        

Building trust with your body — fueling to train & race with foods that your body likes                                

Hydration — are you drinking enough fluids?  We’ll also touch upon dehydration You!  

We’ll work through and draft a food/fitness plan to honor your body’s needs for fitness/energy and everyday fueling for life. (Be sure to have some paper nearby!)
